Breaks are secured by payment of a non refundable deposit and the balance and bond must be paid 8 weeks before your holiday. Please note a reminder will not be sent. Should you book your holiday 8 weeks or less before the start date, the full amount will be due. The final balance and £100 damage bond needs to be paid by the specified date If the final payments are not paid by this dates we reserve the right to cancel your holiday.

We do not accept any liability for any personal injury, loss or damage sustained by any party member during their stay. Please arrange your own holiday insurance to provide cover.

All bookings are taken in good faith, and if the resort reject a party booking due to previous guest behaviour or for any other reason no refund of monies will be given.

We suggest that you make insurance arrangements to cover costs if you find it necessary to cancel your break. The following charges will apply:

The caravan is strictly no smoking, if you smoke inside the caravan then you will forfeit your bond.

Do not stub cigarettes out on the decking as this will cause damage and please pick up any cigarette buts around the caravan.

We do not accept any liability for anyone using the hot tub, this is used at your own risk. Hot tub maintenance will be carried out each day.

Glasses are not to be used near the hot tub, and any evidence regarding the use of glasses near the hot tub will result in a full drain down of the tub to check for glass and this will result in the loss of your bond.

If you request a visit from the hot tub maintenance contractor that is not warranted this will be charged from your bond.

On your departure the hot tub will be checked by the maintenance team and if it has been misused in any way you will forfeit your bond. The misuse of the hot tub will be photographed as evidence.

Keys for the caravan are your responsibility whilst you are staying and if lost there is a charge of £25 which will be deducted from your bond. Please replace keys into the key box at the end of your stay.

The caravan is available from 4pm on day of arrival, the key is in a key box and the code will be supplied with your paperwork.

Caravan must be vacated by 10am on day of departure please leave the caravan in a clean and tidy condition so we can promptly return your bond.

Should quilts or pillows be soiled or damaged the cost of replacements will be deducted from your bond.

Please report any damage or any thing unsatisfactory with the caravan on arrival. Please ensure that you do report any damage or breakages we do appreciate that accidents happen.

The caravan park is family orientated and anyone with unreasonable conduct that causes a nuisance may be asked to leave, no refund will be given.

Parents/guardians are responsible for the supervision of children at all times and should not be left alone in the caravan.

Please remove any dirty and muddy shoes especially in wet weather to keep carpets and upholstery clean.

Do not remove furniture from inside the caravan, furniture is supplied for outside use.

Only guests staying at Tattershall Lakes Country Park can purchase entertainment passes, these are obtained from Guest Services.

Any changes to the advertised entertainment or facilities at the park are beyond our control and we cannot accept any liability or this.
